360 Leadership Consulting's founder, Ben Murphy, spent 15 years launching learning and leadership development initiatives for Fortune 500 tech companies, global non-profits and startups (500 to 50,000 employees).

While working with 1000s of leaders, from CEOs and executives to front line managers, Ben noticed one thing over and over again about why some leaders flourished while others floundered. The most successful leaders had not only cultivated the external skills to lead others, but had also mastered the internal skills of self-leadership.
